Customized DIN 7081 Boiler Flat Transparent Level Gauge Glass

DIN7081 level gauge glass is a glass component designed specifically for boilers and other high-pressure and high-temperature equipment, mainly used for level monitoring.

1. Material and craftsmanship
Material: Mainly made of high borosilicate glass (such as 3.3 borosilicate glass) or aluminum silicate glass, with excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance.
Process: Compression molding technology forms a smooth skin on the glass surface, enhancing wear resistance and resistance to boiler water erosion. The reflective design features a 90 degree groove on one side to enhance the optical refraction effect.

2.Dimensions and specifications
Thickness: Unified at 17mm, with two widths of 30mm (Type A) and 34mm (Type B), and lengths ranging from 115mm to 400mm, covering various model requirements.
Groove design: optional single slot to four slot configuration, enhancing the clarity of liquid level observation.
