For viewing of internals of pressure vessels, silos, stirred vesselsseparators, pipelines and other normally enclosed systems.Continuous monitoring for leakage is possible with externallyfitted pressure gauge.

 The design of the supporting spacer ring ensures that each ofthe two glasses discs is able to withstand the maximum ratedoperating pressure and max. permissible temperatureindependently of the other.
Combination: with Lumistar spotlights for explosion-proof and non-explosion-proof areas. Matching threaded apertures are provided on the flange cover for fixing the spotlights.
Operating environment: pressure resistance:10bar (higher pressure resistance can be customized)
Operating temperature:  150℃  with toughened Sodalime to DlN 8902
  280℃ with borosilicate glass to DIN7080 (other higher grades of high-temperature resistant glass can be customized.

Installation:-The flow sight glass is bolted to the pipe with a joint flange with a matching gasket on the structural surface. The flow sight glass must be installed without thrust, pressure or distortion.
