Our LUMISTAR Type 320 circular tank sight glasses are engineered for welding directly onto or into vessel walls, offering a reliable viewport or illumination port for process vessels. Conforming to DIN 28120, these fittings serve as a drop-in replacement for existing standard sight ports and handle vacuum conditions as well as positive pressures up to 16 bar (g).

For applications requiring larger diameters, we also offer Type 320 in DN 250 and above, engineered fully in accordance with DIN 28120 and DIN 7080, so you never have to sacrifice performance when specifying non-standard sizes.

When your process exceeds the thermal or chemical limits of borosilicate glass, optional FEP or mica protective screens bolt onto the fitting to guard against steam and aggressive media (alkalis up to pH 14) at temperatures up to 280 °C.
