USL 06LED Ex – Explosion-Proof LED Spotlight for Sight Glass & Vessel Illumination

The USL 06LED Ex is a high-performance explosion-proof LED spotlight specifically designed for safe and efficient illumination of sight glasses, process vessels, and reactors in hazardous areas. Developed by Lumistar, this compact lighting unit is certified for use in ATEX Zone 1 and 2, offering optimal safety in chemical, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, and food processing industries.

This spotlight is equipped with energy-saving LED technology, housed in a robust stainless steel 316L body, and sealed to IP67 protection level, making it resistant to pressure, high temperature, and aggressive cleaning agents.

Its small form factor makes it ideal for DIN 28120 sight glass or weld-neck flange mounting, even in tight installation spaces. The USL 06LED Ex delivers bright, uniform light for visual inspection, improving process safety and operational efficiency.

for the optimal illumination of closed vessels, boilers, tanks, silos, agitatorsand reactors.-in combination with flow sight glasses

For use with circular sight glass fittings to DIN 28120/DIN 28121 or similar, with screw type sight glass fittings in compliance with DIN 11851,and in visual flow indicators.
Trend-setting LED technology guarantees even lower energy consumption, longer service life and flexible light colour.
