ASL 55-LED Explosion-Proof LED Sight Glass Light for Industrial Vessels and Reactors

The ASL 55-LED sight glass light is a compact, explosion-proof LED luminaire designed for continuous illumination of process vessels, reactors, and tanks in hazardous and hygienic environments. Industries such as chemical, pharmaceutical, food processing, and biotechnology often face challenges in maintaining clear visibility inside sealed containers due to poor lighting, heat, and pressure resistance issues. Traditional halogen lights are prone to failure, short lifespan, and overheating.

Lumistar's ASL 55-LED solves these issues by integrating a high-efficiency LED module with a rugged stainless-steel(or aluminium alloy) housing, ensuring long service life and stable brightness under harsh conditions. It is rated for Ex II 2G Ex db IIC T6 Gb, meeting explosion-proof requirements for gas zones. With IP65/IP67 protection, it withstands high-pressure cleaning and harsh industrial conditions.

This light can be directly mounted on sight glass fittings such as DIN28120, or used alongside visual flow indicators and observation ports. It is ideal for monitoring processes like mixing, reaction, fermentation, or CIP/SIP cleaning.

processing industries, ideal for illuminating bioreactors, 
laboratory mixers and filters as well as the interiors of 
boilers, tanks, agitators, separators, pipes and other –
